SHIPPING & RETURNS
A lot of love goes into the making of each piece uniquely created by hand. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or wish to exchange. Please notify us by email to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#).
We aim to deliver within 5-10 working days from the date the order is placed. Any delay in shipment due to either carrier issues and/or exceptional or particular conditions related to the specific country is not under our responsibility.
We ship worldwide.
Merchandise must be returned in a saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only. A refund will only be given if there is a fault in the garment. This policy is non-negotiable. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days of receiving the product in Australia. For International purchases, you have 10 days to notify and return your item(s) from the date you receive the package. Items not received within this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached.
If you change your mind about a full priced item and wish to return it, you may request an exchange for another item or a credit note, if you can provide its receipt, it is unworn and in its original condition with tags attached (not damaged or washed). Request a return by sending written notice within 7 days of receipt of goods emailed to email@example.com. After this time frame a credit note can be issued, subject to review.
Please consider purchases carefully as we do not offer refunds for items purchased from our ONE-OFF section online unless the item is deemed faulty.

Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied.
Zaicek reserves the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
